Stewart Shaprio

Stewart Shapiro is the O'Donnell Professor of Philosophy at Ohio State University, and distinguished visiting professor at the University of Connecticut. He is a leading figure in the Philosophy of Mathematics.

Stewart's illustrious career includes numerous publications, focusing on Logic, Philosophy of Mathematics, Vagueness and the Philosphy of language.

In recent years he has written widely on Modal Potentialism, including several important papers published jointly with other conference speakers.
